1. What services do you provide?
We offer safe, reliable non-emergency medical transportation for ambulatory and wheelchair passengers. Whether you’re going to a doctor’s appointment, therapy session, or community event, we provide premier care for every journey.
2. Do you provide stretcher transportation?
At this time, we do not offer stretcher transport. We currently serve ambulatory and wheelchair passengers only.
3. Do you accept Medicaid?
Not yet! Currently we do not file insurance for Medicare/Medicaid or other insurances; however, we can provide a statement of charges to possibly file for reimbursement. We are pending approval with brokers such as ModivCare to provide Medicaid-approved rides. We are currently only accepting self pay (out of pocket) clients. As soon as we are cleared through Medicaid, we’ll update here.

5. How much does Self Pay transportation cost?
Rates vary depending on distance and passenger needs. Call for a free quote. We accept cash and debit/credit card.
6. Are your drivers trained and certified?
Yes! All our drivers undergo:
Nationwide background checks
Drug screenings
CPR & First Aid certification
CTAA PASS passenger assistance training
Defensive Driver Course
7. Can I have a caregiver or family member ride along?
Yes but only if we have availability - you would need to request ahead of time.
8. What areas do you serve?
We are based in Sumter, South Carolina but serve all counties Statewide. Longer-distance trips are available by advanced request.
9. What safety measures do you follow?
We follow strict cleaning protocols, maintain all vehicles to PSC/ORS SC state standards, and ensure safe wheelchair securement for every trip.
